Teamwork is dear to our hearts. Some of our crew has been working together for almost 20 years, and we are continually in awe of the growing network web of new relationships and interconnection. Our clients and vendors are an invaluable part of what makes this possible. Planning, tracking & task management can become a ton of work, with tasks you didn’t even know existed until you’re in the thick of it. We get that, and we know that it takes time, process, care, support, love, energy and collecting all the bits & pieces to make it happen. From that place, is where we find our glow together. We all contribute important pieces of the puzzle, and it’s our honor to help coordinate, connect, and be a part of your team. Whether we’re working together a few hours, or many months- it is our pleasure to be a part of that process with you.

Hello! My name is Jillian, owner of 42fiftythree. Thank you for being here. Sourcing, organizing, and helping coordinating parts that make up the whole has been a lifelong passion. With a career history in small business management, producing, experiential marketing, events, projects, storytelling, and play, I love supporting creativity, processes, community connections, and symbiotic relationships. Whether we’re working 1:1, or together on a crew, teamwork is an invaluable component of the work we do together.
I’m a ENFJ, Manifesting Generator 4/6, with libra sun, libra moon, and gemini rising. Valuing family, community, respect, inclusivity, balance, nature, clarity, creativity, rest, laughter, gratitude, joy, nourishment, and connection- I’m a mom to a bright light toddler, partner to my other half, and a daughter, friend, teammate, and sister.
Working with me and the teams we’re a part of together, means that there is a 99%+ chance of hugs, joyful tears, and spreadsheets. I’m flexibly organized, and enjoy supporting clear communication, collaborative processes, and quality time. Through this journey, I have learned & believe that sharing adventures together offline, adorning with whatever brings us joy, and connecting within nature whenever possible is vital to our success.

ps. Why 42fiftythree?
Numbers can carry magical meanings. 42 originated from a dear love of rainbows as they are witnessed at an angle of 42 degrees. Research findings on the number 42 opened the door for many other meanings and stories connected with the universe. 5, 50 and 3 have many other sentimental & personal meanings too. Realizing that gate 42 and 53 also form a lovely & supportive channel in Human Design was the decisive aha moment. From here the symbolism of 4 2 5 3 has continued to flow in our lives. We are always finding new, special meaning in these digits and number combinations, as they continue to reveal energy of: support, inspiration, balance, creation, love, new beginnings, growth, and becoming.
